GLYvantix Refund Policy

All sales are final once payment is captured. We do not provide refunds after payment is captured, because costs are incurred at that point and cannot be recovered.

If you contact us before we capture your payment, we will do our best to cancel your order and release the authorization at no charge.

If your order takes longer than expected, this does not entitle you to a refund. We will keep you updated on delays and aim to deliver results as quickly as possible.

Please contact us at hello@glyvantix.co.uk. We respond to paying customers within two business days and want to resolve problems directly. This policy applies to all paid testing services. See also our Terms of Service.

The policy above applies to GLYvantix's paid testing services. The following applies to GLYvantix's monthly membership plans sold on this site.

Membership plans bill monthly and can be canceled anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Automatic Refunds for Unlinked Guest Purchases

You can buy a membership without creating an account first. If a guest purchase is never linked to a GLYvantix account, we don't keep the money:

• A few hours after purchase we email you a secure link to finish setting up.
• After 6 days we send a final notice.
• After 7 days, if the purchase is still not linked to an account, we cancel the subscription and refund the payment in full, automatically.

Everything Else

Renewal charges for periods you've already had access to are generally not refunded, but if something went wrong (a double charge, a purchase you didn't make, access that didn't work) email support@glyvantix.co.uk and we'll make it right. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
