User Data Deletion

At GLYvantix, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so at any time by following these steps:

1. Log in to your GLYvantix account
2. Navigate to Account Security
3. Scroll to the “Delete Account” section
4. Click on “Delete My Account”
5. Confirm your decision when prompted

If you've submitted information to us without creating an account (such as a test request with an email address), you can request data deletion by:

1. Sending an email to privacy@glyvantix.co.uk with the subject “Data Deletion Request”
2. Including the email address you used when submitting information to us
3. Specifying what data you would like us to delete

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once completed.

When you delete your account or request data deletion:

• All personally identifiable information is permanently removed from our systems
• Your email address and contact details are removed from our database
• Your subscription preferences and communication history are deleted
• All test requests associated with your account are anonymized, but will be retained and continue to be made available to the public

Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your information or activity history.

While we delete your personal information upon request, we will retain the test results for the products you may have sent us. These anonymized results:

• Cannot be traced back to your identity
• Are used to maintain the integrity of our product and vendor ratings
• Help us improve our testing methodologies and service quality

If you have specific concerns about anonymized data, please include this in your deletion request, and we will address your concerns individually.
